During the past decade sugar alcohols have been extensively studied for thermal storage purposes. One of recent focuses research has in improving their heat charge and discharge rate by enhancing conductivity with different types additives. However, current literature shows a vast discrepancy measured values alcohols. This work presents an experimental study on seven The aim is to find out reason erythritol, mannitol xylitol, present new reference data galacticol, myo-inositol, maltitol sorbitol.
